FAQ (I) Getting the Ball Rolling

We often get asked the same question lots of times, which is fine (honestly!), we’re always happy to answer queries but we also thought a little FAQ section on our blog might answer some of those questions for you.

This first part of the FAQ is all about contacting us, getting information and a quotation for certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000 or BAFE.

How do I get in touch with you?
Call us on 01775 722728 in normal office hours. Or email us using the details on the contacts tab.
We try to reply to all queries as quickly as possible. It’ll usually (but not always) be Frank (that’s him in the picture) that you get through to on the phone, he’ll know the answer!

I have a stack of questions about obtaining certification – how can you address these?
Again, phone or email us. We are more than happy to chat through your queries and address any issues that you may have. We are friendly and surprisingly accommodating!
Oh you can also check our website, read our blog, tweet us or post on our Facebook page.

How can I get an idea of your pricing?
Well, we can give you an informal idea of our pricing, on request.
However the most accurate way to find out how much our services will cost you, is to complete an application form. Don’t worry if there are some questions that you don’t know the answer to, we can always help out with those.
Email it over to us and with the information provided, we will be able to put together a comprehensive quotation which will explain all costs involved in using our services.

Would your company send a representative to explain/sell your services to us?
Although we appreciate face-to-face introductions as much as anyone else, we do not have a dedicated salesperson and as such we prefer to explain our services by phone or email.

You sent me a quotation a year ago – will it still be valid?
Well it could be! If you get in touch with us and let us know whether there have been any changes (relating to staff numbers, activities undertaken etc) in your organisation in the intervening period, we can look back at the quotation to see whether it would still be valid.
